Known for his superb shooting and overall ability on the floor, Professional basketball player and former member of the And 1 Mixtape Tour, Lonnie Harrell, has broken both college and professional records, thereby etching his name into sports history books. The Washington, D.C. native attended Eastern High School and was a letterman in track & field, basketball and tennis. He was the DCIAA champion in track & field for the high jump with an impressive jump of 6’4”.
Harrell then attended the Georgetown University, where he was a teammate to Alonzo Mourning and played under Coach John Thompson winning the Big-East Championship and making it to the NCAA “Sweet 16.” The Psychology/ Sociology major finished his college career at Northeastern University, breaking and sharing records with the great late Reggie Lewis. Lonnie’s strong performance at Northeastern found him a spot on the 1996 Orlando Magics roster to team up with Penny Hardaway, Dennis Scott, Horace Grant and Nick Anderson on a great NBA franchise that team Injury shortened. It’s of little surprise, that Lonnie continued his journey to land on an NBA team by being invited by the New Jersey Nets to veterans’ camp years later.

The streetball circuit created a huge audience for Lonnie aka Prime Objective. One of the first journeyman on the streetball circuit, Lonnie aka Prime Objective (L-Train known as by Washingtonians) traveled the U.S. from DC, to NY, LA, Philadelphia, ATL and more to prove that he was the best basketball player in the streets. No other streetball player has stamped the game of streetball like Lonnie. Trend setter indeed! Very familiar to the likes of Jermaine Dupree, Jay Z, Robin, Primes legend is known throughout the country and internationally. His journeys have made him one of today’s biggest socialites throughout the country from Miami to London England.
Today, running one of the most elite and exclusive management & lifestyle companies and being committed to giving back to the community by creating programs and volunteering with various organizations, Lonnie’s goals did not stop on the court. He aspires to make imprints in both the worlds of entertainment and community outreach. While he currently endorses streetball, he is looking forward to more youth outreach and community involvement. In addition, he plans on stamping his brand in the world by providing the world with entertainment and basketball. He hopes that through basketball, he will be able to further contribute to the community that has supported him thus far.
